The “Tracks to the Trenches” 2018 event will commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War and the light railways that played their part.  This is final part of a series events  marking the centenary of the “War to end all Wars”. This event will focus on the often overlooked areas of Transport and Logistics used by all combatants during the conflict. This was the narrow gauge light railways’ finest hour.
