The Heritage Centre is one of the recipients of the Queens award for Voluntary Service this year. The award is given annually to recognise the work of volunteers in the UK and is sometimes called the “MBE for volunteer groups”. Obviously, we are over the moon to receive this and the Trustees would like to thank the efforts of every one of our volunteers, past and present.
